M2W® (the world’s largest event for marketing to women) is delighted to appoint UK brand design agency Redshoe to it’s Global Steering Committee for 2016.
In it’s role Redshoe joins marketeers and industry experts from twenty five countries around the world to help guide, share and shape in the debate on the future of marketing to women globally.
Nan McCann at M2W® explained: “Since it’s foundation in 2005 M2W has pioneered the debate around marketing to women drawing on the opinion and expertise of a truly international panel. The Global Steering Committee marks a new chapter in our evolution as we partner with carefully selected international experts to create a forum for collaboration and best practice so that we can learn to better engage with all female consumers, no matter where they live in the world and help brands gain a share of this $300 billion market.”
Emma Jones, Director at Redshoe added:
“We are delighted to have been asked to not only share in the current issues effecting our industry but also help shape the future.
We all understand that women see things differently to men. But what’s less well understood is how the cultural nuances in different countries effects the way women engage with brands.
Because women aren’t all the same. They’re not one group or a unified tribe. Understanding as many of those cultural differences and using that to empower your marketing, means better marketing, especially if you’re a global brand. We believe that sharing intelligence from members in different countries will help us all paint a much richer picture of women globally so no matter what country you’re from your brand can speak the language of woman more effectively.”
